Below you can find official interesting curiosities related to this model and version. Tab "curiosities" has been additionaly expaned by few segments, thanks to that you can find specific information easier. Additionally, unlike the old site, some curiosities may have pictures showcasing it.

* Curiosities for each models have been written from scratch and there are a lot more of them than on old mods.darewnoo.pl

Below this tab there is another one - a complete work process on this model. This might be actual or archival (depending on information: "Model finished", "Work in progress..."). A table with description of work done was divided into more categories. Thanks to that there is no more chaos like on old, violet mods.darewnoo.pl. Both curiosities and work progress are related to the first model from GTA IV.

Things that were planned, but not added

-

Things never planned, but added

-

Random parts

• Model has random parts.

Costs

• The model was not co-financed by sponsors, it was made for free (based on the original model).

Mistakes and bugs in model

• A difference of body colour between the rear door and the rest of the car. This is not new though, since the same problem was in our Lanos 5D made in 2014.

Curiosities related to the working progress of the model

• The work on this model took place from Septemper 17 to September 22, 2016 (with the break).

Information about number plates

SP on the number plate stands for lanoS Pl. 87 is an accidental number.

Base model

• This model was based on Lanos sedan SX.

Differences to other subversion of the simillar model

• The differences compared to Lanos SX are – steel rims, no airbags, black bumpers, several stickers removed, no airconditioning, no foglights, no muffler and a different radio.

Original dimensions

• Model was based on original dimensions (4237 x 1678 x 1432 mm).

Parts and textures prepared by darewnoo

• Modyfing the SX version to S.

• 3D parts – engine, two-sided bumpers, two-sided rear shelf, seatbelt buckles for the rear seats.

• Textures – fully working interior lighting, clock and numberplate.

Other curiosities

• The inscriptions on the rear window were previously used in Lanos 3d PL ‘97.

• Compared to the hatchbacks made in 2013 and 2014, the sedan has a couple of improvements, including fixing of the hole behind the front bumper, have a new interior lighting, but must importantly, the engine have been retextured (taken from Joyster conversion for GTA V). The texture is in much higher quality, which can be seen on the first pic on the right.

• The brochure 3D model is downloaded from a website with free 3D models.

• It is our third model (after Chairman and Lanos SX sedan) with a realistic interior lighting made by darewnoo. The previous models did not have any interior lighting or it was very simplyfied.

• The steel rims are taken from Lanos 3D S PL, while the dashboard and the steering wheel with no airbag are taken from Lanos Style.

• Even though the model did have some updates, they were not archivized, because the S version (based on SX) was fully made by darewnoo. Lazlow555 did not do anything in this version.

• The model has the 1.6 engine, but the correct one is 1.5.

• Air Conditioning button, airbag sticker and the hole behind the front bumper were removed just before release.

• The final textures were later corrected by me (darewnoo).

• The curiosities for this model were never available on old mods.darewnoo.pl (2012-2016).
